If you encounter issues with the Virti VR application, here are the best steps to identify and resolve any potential problems.
Best Practice: If ever you appear to encounter an issue, it's a good idea to start recording during the troubleshooting. Just in case you need to contact Support and provide footage.
Close the application and reopen it.
Restart/turn off (and back on) your device - Press and hold the power button to turn off your VR device, after 10 seconds, turn the device back on.
