A comprehensive overview of Virti's Analytics, helping you navigate and utilize the data captured through the learner journey.
Training data analysis can be complex, subjective, and time-consuming. Virti Analytics addresses these challenges by using AI insights, behavior data, sentiment analysis, and learner feedback to transform subjective data into objective metrics. This enhances evaluation accuracy, facilitates continuous improvement, and optimizes learner performance. With clear, understandable insights, and both qualitative and quantitative data, you can make informed decisions to improve training programs efficiently and drill into learner data to actively support individuals and personalize learner journeys.
Designed to enhance the learning and development experience, Virti's Analytics provides detailed insights into user performance and engagement. Real-time data enables educators, trainers, and administrators to monitor progress, identify strengths and weaknesses, and tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of users. Learners benefit by making instant changes, focusing on areas needing improvement, and capitalizing on their strengths as they progress.
