We've changed the User interface to introduce a more sleek user-friendly experience.

To build your virtual human, select your avatar case:

  • Status- Options are Unpublished, Ready to Publish, and Published

  • Give access- Select whether a specific group or everyone has access to view the avatar

  • Avatar- Use the arrows to change the avatar that is seen

  • Description- Here you can add information about the avatar Hint-Do not add information that can allow the learner to easily diagnose the patient.

Navigate to the builder to edit the conversation

Select each question to provide variations to the question ( to enable natural conversation) and the patient response. Hint- be sure to use Locked Branches

Top navigation panel-includes the following

  • Diagnosis-Enter the diagnosis of the patient

  • Exams/Investigations- Labwork and physical examinations that you want the learner to perform

  • Objectives-conversation/management objectives add/deducts points for critical points the learner must address

  • Completion/Analytics/Session logs-See the learners that have completed the case and reports.

Want to guide your students to their objectives for the session? You can now enable on-screen objective guide and easy mode.

Enabling on-screen objectives and hints under details allows learner to see objectives and ask for hints when they are unsure how to proceed. Note: when learner asks for hints they are not assessed points or credit for correct answers.

You can also enable Easy mode. This will allow you to display all objectives and sub-objectives to the learner.
