Collecting data from your learners allows you to evaluate the impact of learning programs. From feedback form data, you can understand if your learners thought your training was effective, if they enjoyed it, as well as how it made them feel, or if they have any ideas on how to improve it.
In the response summary section, you get an aggregate view of all of your data. Here your data is displayed in charts to show how the results of your survey across your learner groups.
Best Practice: Surveying learners on their confidence or preparedness after completing their training, gives you valuable data, which can be used to improve your training, or show off the results and impact of your training to leadership and other stakeholders.
In the Submissions section, you can view each individual form submission, so you can dig deeper into your learners feedback. Reviewing the submissions of individual employees can supply valuable data for 1-on- 1 coaching opportunities.
