First, have you activated your account? If not, you can activate your account and download the app at the same time. You'll need to install the Virti app from the app store:

To activate your account: navigate to the app store to download the Virti app.

Once installed, select Open to launch the app:

Log in by using the email address associated with your account (for the username) and create a password.

After you authenticate your account you will be directed to your homepage. From here, you can access your simulations

*You can scroll down to view all content available and select the simulation you need

Once you have selected your simulation click Play
