Adding questions to a simulation enables you to test your user's knowledge.

  1. In the simulation you would like to edit, select the 'Editor' tab

  2. Use the dropdown on the left hand side of the screen to select 'Question'

  3. You can use the bar at the bottom of the video to choose what timepoint you would like the question to appear

  4. Select if the question is single or multiple choice. You can also add question label.

Click to activate: If selected, the user must click on a icon to activate the question. If not selected, the question appears automatically. Questions not activated by the user will not affect their score.

Show answers in order: If not enabled, answers will be shown to learners in randomized order

Bonus: You have the ability to add photos to your questions. This is a great way to laser focus on a particular topic

  5. Add answers to the question by selecting the answers tab, select which answer(s) are correct and give feedback to the user

  6. (optional) Redirect on answer. Use the arrow to the right of the question to either end the simulation or redirect to another video if that answer is selected. See our guidance on redirecting videos.

  7. Click 'Save Interaction'. You will then be presented with confirmation the question has been added
