Important: Courses have to be assigned to a 'User Group' to be visible to users in the Virti app. Courses that are not assigned to a user group, or that do not have a start date, will be invisible even if they are published.
Assigning a User Group to a Course
In order to assign a course to a new User Group, on the relevant course details page simply tick the checkbox of the group you wish to assign the course to.
This will turn the checkbox blue, you will also be presented with a confirmation message.
All users in that User Group will now be able to view that course within the app from the course start date.
Remove a User Group From a Course
To prevent a User Group from accessing a course, simply untick the blue checkbox next to that User Group on the course details page.
This will remove the User Group from the course, and present you with a confirmation message.
