Once you have created a User Group and published a simulation or course for them to complete, you can view the analytics for that specific User Group. This will give you insights into how the group is engaging with the simulations and courses available to them.

To view the performance of a specific user group, follow the below steps:

  1. Click on the 'User Groups' tab

  2. Select the relevant 'User Group'

  3. Click on the 'Analytics' tab.

The analytics for a user group are broken down into the following sections:

1. Time Spent

  • Total Completed - This metric denotes how many simulations have been played from start to finish.

  • Total Time Watched - This displays the total accumulated hours, minutes and seconds of all users in the group, combined.

2. Performance

  • Average Score - The average score taken from across all answers given during simulations from all users in the group.

  • Average Reaction Time - This displays the average time it takes for a user to answer a question, again, this is taken from across all users in the group.

3. Simulation Views and Scores

  • This is a cross-reference chart that allows for further analysis of both the Time Spent and Performance metrics, enabling a quick evaluation of any key trends or patterns in the groups' learning.
