If a user has forgotten their password and is unable to reset it via the app, an admin user or a super admin user can reset it for them using the below steps.

1. On the "Users" tab select the user who needs their password reset

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page, enter a new password and confirm it in the adjacent box

3. Click 'Update users password'. You should see a pop-up confirming that the password has been updated
