This article explains how to delete an existing user from your organisation. Deleting a user will permanently delete the analytics for that user. Only admin users and super-admin users can delete users. Admin users can delete other admin users, content creators and regular users but not super-admin users. Super-admin users can delete all user types, including super admin and admin users.

1. Select the user you would like to delete from the user page

2. Select the ... symbol to the right of the name and select delete

3.Confirm your action with the confirmation popup
